WALGREENS REBRAND

While the rest of the world moved on, Walgreens was stuck at the corner of ‘happy and healthy.’ A company born in the 1800s, they needed to enter the 21st century to catch up with a world where the Affordable Care Act, an opioid epidemic, and an aggressive industry disruption from Amazon loomed.

So we turned the focus to their expertise. Their ability to provide care beyond the counter.

While the rest of the country moved on, Walgreens was stuck at the corner of Happy and Healthy. We were tasked with taking Walgreens from bright and bubbly to an authentic health brand that genuinely cares. This was the first spot in the new campaign that helped change the face of Walgreens to one that’s been trusted since 1901.
